Spine Framework Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the Spine Framework website, original documentation, branding, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Dahl Ventures Inc or its licensors.

Software source code is governed by the license accompanying that software.

Third-party software and materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Spine Framework services, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate those services as described in our Terms.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe material hosted through a Spine Framework service infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright notice to our designated copyright agent.

A notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • your name and contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to:

Copyright Agent: copyright@spine-framework.com

Counter-Notices

If material you submitted is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law.

We may provide a valid counter-notice to the complaining party and may restore material when legally permitted.

Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

DMCA Registration

Attorney/action item: if Portal will host material at users' direction and the company wants to rely on DMCA ยง512 safe-harbor protections, the designated agent should also be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and kept current. Publishing the email on this page alone is not the full process.
