This Privacy Policy explains how Dahl Ventures Inc, doing business as Spine Framework (“Spine Framework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use spine-framework.com, the Spine Framework Portal, our documentation, support services, documentation agent, and other services we operate.

This Policy does not automatically apply to applications that you build, deploy, or operate using Spine Framework. If your organization operates a Spine Framework application, your organization is generally responsible for the information collected through that application.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company, job title, account information, support requests, ticket content, uploaded files, feedback, and communications with us.

If you use our documentation agent or other AI-assisted features, we may collect the prompts, questions, instructions, responses, and related context used to provide those features.

Information collected automatically

When you use our websites and hosted services, we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, session information, and diagnostic logs.

Spine Framework software may also generate installation, version, configuration, operational, or usage signals depending on the version and configuration you use.

We will describe any optional telemetry controls in the applicable documentation.

Account and authentication information

If you create a Portal account, we collect the information needed to authenticate you, maintain your account, provide documentation and support, and protect the service from unauthorized access.

Information related to professional services

If you hire us, we may collect business contact information, project information, billing information, technical information, and other information necessary to provide the agreed services.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure our services; authenticate users; provide documentation and support; answer questions through AI-assisted features; diagnose problems; understand how Spine Framework is used; improve Spine Framework and its applications; communicate about changes, security issues, and services; provide professional services; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for product development, analytics, research, and business planning.

AI-Assisted Features

Some Spine Framework services use artificial intelligence.

When you use an AI-assisted feature, your prompt and relevant context may be processed by service providers that help us provide that feature.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important technical, security, business, or legal decisions rather than relying solely on an AI-generated response.

Do not submit information to an AI-assisted feature unless you are authorized to provide it.

Self-Hosted Spine Framework Applications

Spine Framework is designed so organizations can build and operate their own applications.

We do not automatically become the controller or owner of information stored in a customer's self-hosted or independently operated Spine Framework application merely because that application uses Spine Framework.

We may receive limited information from such installations when telemetry, hosted services, support, Agent Skills, MCP Servers, or other connected services are enabled.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, communications, AI features, customer support, payment processing, and other business functions.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers; to a buyer, investor, successor, or other participant in a corporate transaction; when required by law; when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, rights, or property; or at your direction.

We do not give advertisers access to your Portal conversations, support tickets, or documentation-agent conversations for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating accounts and services, providing support, maintaining security and audit records, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service involved.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The FTC specifically advises companies to align privacy promises with actual practices and to collect only what they need, protect it appropriately, and dispose of it securely.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may also unsubscribe from nonessential marketing communications using the instructions in those communications.

Spine Framework is operated from the United States.
