Terms of Use and Service
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Terms of Use and Service
These Terms govern your use of spine-framework.com, the Spine Framework Portal, hosted documentation, documentation agents, support services, and other online services operated by Dahl Ventures Inc.
The Spine Framework software itself is licensed separately under the license accompanying the applicable software or package.
If these Terms conflict with a separately signed agreement between you and us, the signed agreement controls for the subject matter it covers.
Accounts
Some services require an account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses intended account controls.
Early Release
Spine Framework is under active development.
Features may change, move, improve, break, or disappear.
Documentation may lag behind implementation.
Early-release features may contain defects.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, backward compatibility, a particular release schedule, or a service-level commitment.
Documentation and AI Features
Documentation, examples, Code Intelligence, Agent Skills, MCP Servers, documentation-agent responses, and other technical materials are provided to help you use Spine Framework.
They may contain mistakes.
You remain responsible for reviewing code, configurations, migrations, permissions, security controls, deployment decisions, and other changes before using them in production.
AI-generated output should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate technical, business, security, legal, or professional judgment.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to our services.
You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the services or as otherwise directed by you.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide content you submit.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about Spine Framework, you give us permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment to you.
This does not transfer ownership of your underlying confidential information, code, or other proprietary materials.
Our Intellectual Property
Spine Framework, its websites, documentation, branding, logos, original content, and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you rights to Spine Framework software beyond those granted by its applicable software license.
They also do not grant you rights to use our names, logos, or trademarks except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
Third-Party Services
Spine Framework may interact with third-party infrastructure, APIs, models, repositories, databases, hosting platforms, or other services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may limit or suspend access to hosted services when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or our services; investigate suspected abuse; comply with law; or address violations of these Terms.
Professional Services
Consulting, implementation, acceleration, customization, maintenance, managed services, or other paid professional services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement.
Using free Spine Framework software does not obligate you to purchase professional services.
Purchasing professional services does not change the ownership or licensing of Spine Framework unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
No Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR HOSTED SERVICES, WEBSITE, DOCUMENTATION, AND EARLY-RELEASE FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.
[COUNSEL TO SET CAP:] OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE ONLINE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT ONLINE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Separate professional-services agreements may contain different liability terms.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment of applicable fees, or when necessary to discontinue a service.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice.
Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use our services in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be resolved in [COUNTY, STATE], unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
[COUNSEL DECISION: arbitration / jury waiver / class-action waiver, if desired.]
Changes
We may update these Terms as the services evolve.
Material changes will become effective after appropriate notice.
