Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to Spine Framework services that we operate, including our website, Portal, documentation agent, ticketing, APIs, and other hosted resources.

It is not intended to dictate lawful uses of software that you independently operate on infrastructure we do not control, except where another agreement or software license says otherwise.

Don’t Abuse the Service

You may not use our hosted services to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
• distribute malware or intentionally harmful code;
• conduct denial-of-service attacks or deliberately impair our infrastructure;
• evade authentication, access controls, rate limits, or other technical safeguards;
• send spam, phishing, fraudulent communications, or deceptive impersonations;
• harvest credentials or personal information without authorization;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or confidentiality rights;
• upload material you do not have the right to provide;
• use automated methods in a way that materially disrupts or degrades the service;
• probe or exploit security vulnerabilities outside the boundaries of our responsible-disclosure policy;
• use our infrastructure to coordinate or facilitate unlawful harm to people or property.

Security Research

Good-faith security research is welcome when conducted under our Security and Responsible Disclosure Policy.

Do not access or retain other users' data, degrade service, use social engineering, or continue testing after demonstrating a vulnerability.

AI and Automated Access

You are responsible for agents, scripts, integrations, and automated systems acting through your account or credentials.

Automated access must respect applicable authentication, authorization, rate limits, and technical controls.

Enforcement

We prefer to resolve accidental problems without drama.

Depending on severity, we may warn you, restrict specific activity, suspend access, remove content, or terminate an account.

Serious security threats, illegal activity, or deliberate abuse may result in immediate action.
